Local Number Availability
You can choose a local fax number in any of the available cities.  Numbers are currently available in the following locations. Please note that we add new locations on a regular basis. Please call us if your city is not listed.


Existing Numbers
If you have an existing fax telephone number that you would like to continue using, there are 2 ways to accomplish this:

  1. You can simply forward your existing local fax telephone number to the fax number that Network Telsys has assigned. If you receive a large number of faxes throughout the day, then we recommend ordering a service that most local phone companies call "Call Forward Busy / No Answer," since it will allow multiple simultaneous calls to be forwarded. With regular call forwarding, local phone companies will typically only forward one call at a time, with subsequent calls given a busy signal.

  2. Port (transfer) the Number to PrestoFax - You may port a number for use with the service in any of the following locations. You must sign a Letter of Agency that authorizes our number provider (ThinkTel Communications) to port the number from your current provider. The Letter of Agency must be faxed to PrestoFax (403 648 2770), along with a copy of the complete phone bill from your current provider. You will maintain control of the number and can move the number to another service provider in the future if you wish.
